Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 8369543332 with your order number and photos of the sealed package and item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unopened products
If you change your mind, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns may be accepted only for unopened, sealed items in their original condition, subject to applicable law. Return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and checked, we will confirm the refund amount and method. Any statutory consumer rights continue to apply. For cash on delivery orders, we will agree on an appropriate refund method with you.
